Capote.

As you can imagine, I just watched the movie. And I loved it!
Now I didn't know much about Truman Capote, never even heard of him before the movie. So to prepare for the flick, I decided to read up on him. After a short biography at Wikipedia, and an even better account of how he affected the 60s at Swingin Chicks, I felt I got an accurate picture of the man, to start watching the movie.

Now it was his recount of how he prepared for the book In Cold Blood--a chronicle of the 1959 murders of the Clutter Family in Kansas. It's supposed to be a chilling tale, and for it he spoke to all those affected in the town, including both sides of the investigation; the detectives, and the killers. This movie was his 'relationship' with one of the killers, Perry Smith--And I though it was beautifully portrayed!

I can't wait to get my hands on In Cold Blood--the book and the movie.
