Apartment insurance....what whaaaa?

Alright, ladies and gentlemen....boys and girls....

let me explain to you the importance of apartment insurance.....so here's the deal...

today, we got a call at the station that there was a fire at the corner of gordon and bonnacord

....see the red dot....that's my apartment....see the black dot...that's where i work. SO....there was a fire at the red dot...my apartment building.

don't worry...yours truly is alive and well...and the fire was on the 4th flor....while i live on the 2nd.

BUT...let me say that the two young guys whose apartment is destroyed...(the fire was in the living room)....they don't have apartment insurance.

That sucks...why?...well because the two are now in a rut. Fire fighters had to blow out a window with water....thre's a lot of heat, and smoke damage....all of which the two young gentlemen....now have to pay for.

so what's the lesson here?....BUY SOME APARTMENT INSURANCE!!!

I don't have much in my little abode...and it only cost me about $160 to get apartment insurance with State Farm. Who cares how much it costs....buy the damn insurance....it WILL make your life easier.

Oh, and by the way, I got to report on the fire, live from the scene. So there was a bright side to things!
